What is coaching?
Through a guided process, coaching creates the environment for long-term personal and professional change. The coach works with individual clients to help them reach their potential; establishing goals, creating solutions and taking meaningful steps to implement them. Coaching helps the client to facilitate new ways of thinking and hold themselves accountable to their commitments. Through coaching, the client remains in control but doesn’t have to tackle change alone.

How can coaching help?
Alongside our meditation courses, we use coaching to help embed the changes you want to make. It is a sustainable practice and not a short-term fix.

Coaching can improve:

Purpose: exploring and validating values and motivations, as way to inform life and career decisions.

Performance: working with leaders and managers to develop their authentic leadership style and/or address feelings of vulnerability, as well as improving their relationships with colleagues.

Balance: building motivation, satisfaction and productivity by exploring what leaves clients feeling fulfilled and energised, and helping develop strategies to
achieve the balance they want and need across their roles and lives.
