Pragasam Meditation’s mission is not a small one. We want to change the world, slowly but surely, by teaching meditation to as many people as possible in a purposeful and accessible way. My meditation journey began almost 20 years ago when I learned simple body scans as a way to combat stress and anxiety. It worked every single time.
As a passionate Secondary School teacher and well-known advice-giver (!), in 2022, I had a lightbulb moment – combine my passions – teaching and meditation. I trained with the British School of Meditation receiving a Distinction in my Diploma. I love seeing people blossom when they learn to meditate with me. Countless individuals, school students and corporate clients say they feel less stressed, more focused and are kinder to themselves. This is why I do it and why we set up Pragasam Meditation. Toby's Story
I've always been interested in change, whether thinking about individuals, teams,
communities, organisations, or the wider world. This curiosity and interest has fuelled
my career, from holiday sports coaching jobs, through to delivering complex international projects and managing high-performing, cross-cultural global teams in executive roles.
Having experienced the benefits of coaching first hand, it also led me to qualify as an Executive Coach. Coaching gives you the power to understand yourself and your values better, articulate your objectives, and hold yourself accountable for action. Change from within.
My approach to coaching is to keep it simple and give my clients space and time to do their best thinking. I am an accredited Senior Practitioner with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and hold a Professional Certificate in Executive
