Who is it for?

Anyone and everyone. Meditation is an equitable and inclusive practice. It can be a super-power tool for alleviating stress, managing anxiety, improving sleep & enhancing focus.

How does it work?

Meditation activates the parasympathetic nervous system, moving you from fight/flight/freeze to a calmer state. It also changes the brain waves you emit, moving your physiology from ‘monkey mind’ to Zen-like calm.
